Awe, confidence, power, fear, respect.

So glad to see Mr.Connery there as 007 πŸ˜‰

A few years ago I bought a couple of light sabers so that my grandson and I could have duels. What great fun that was. We ended up breaking them. Maybe it’s time for another trip to The Dollar Store to see what type of swords are on sale.

Light sabers are the most cool of “swords”! πŸ˜‰

There was meant to an element of irony to this piece… did it come across, or was I too subtle? – relating to the sort of attire “cool” gun and sword bearers wear.

I would be interested to see how many of the pics you recognise… a symbolic prize if you get all of them! πŸ™‚

Yes they are indeed the coolest! I did get the irony and added a note about it in my first comment but later deleted it. The attire – even if it’s just the sunglasses – goes a long way to convince onlookers of the weapon specialist’s competence ;).

I don’t think I can identify all the characters: some of my favorites are Neo from the Matrix, Don Diego from Zorro, Bruce Wayne from Batman, Dirty Harry, Jack Sparrow and G.I.Joe.

In The Untouchables, Al Capone said “You can get further with a kind word and a gun than you can with just a kind word.” That may be true, but I think I’ll stick with the kind words myself πŸ™‚

    He probably did, Flan… πŸ™‚

If you are a fan of The Matrix and other “cool gun films,” you should definitely check out Equilibrium! Can’t beat a good bit of Gun Kata… πŸ˜‰
